Test Automation Lead Engineer

We are seeking a talented Test Automation Engineer. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to identify and resolve defects early in the development process.
About the Role
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test automation scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, JUnit / TestNG). Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective test cases. Identify and analyze test automation opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks and scripts. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation. Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and track defects. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#).
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, JUnit / TestNG).
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API testing and test automation tools (Postman, Rest-Assured).
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
- Certification in software testing (ISTQB).
