Senior AI Engineer

Location: Central NJ – Hybrid
4 days per week onsite.
We are building a team of innovative Software Engineers to develop cutting-edge solutions for top Generative AI (GenAI) use cases. We’re looking for a Full Stack AI Developer with a passion for leveraging AI, machine learning, and agentic workflows to solve complex automation challenges. This role will have a specific focus on applying GenAI to Radio Access Network (RAN) and 5G use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade full-stack solutions with a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning.
- Build and maintain microservices and APIs using Java.
- Develop user interfaces and front-end components using Angular.
- Analyze RAN data elements and build data pipelines.
- Create, train, and deploy machine learning and GenAI models.
- Work within a modern tech stack that includes Python, Java, Angular, Palantir Foundry, LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft AutoGen.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to build and implement agentic workflows and LLM techniques.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in both Java (for back-end development) and Angular (for front-end development).
- Demonstrated experience with AI-related projects, including but not limited to:
- Generative AI (GenAI)
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Agentic Workflows (preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Deep experience with RAN or Telecom Network data.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, Deep, and AI platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft AutoGen.
