Project Overview:
The successful candidates will be responsible for the design and maintenance of complex enterprise-level COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 environments on an IBM Mainframe.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level complex applications on the IBM Mainframe platform.
- Work extensively with COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Mainframe environment.
- Collaborate with other development team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in system analysis and design activities.
- Ensure the stability and performance of Mainframe applications.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Mandatory Expertise/Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe development.
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- COBOL
- JCL
- CICS
- DB2
Desirable Expertise/Experience:
- Previous work experience within a (DMV) environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project Overview:
We are seeking multiple highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developers to join our team onsite in Reston, VA. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications utilizing a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, primarily within an AWS cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java full-stack applications.
- Lead and contribute to the development of microservices architecture.
- Implement and utilize messaging and data-streaming platforms.
- Take a hands-on approach to designing and developing solutions leveraging AWS technologies.
- Utilize strong development skills in Angular, Java, J2EE, Spring, REST APIs, and related server-side technologies.
- Work extensively with AWS cloud services including Lambda, ECS, Kinesis, DynamoDB/Aurora, Redshift, NodeJS, and more.
- Participate in data modeling and database design.
- Write and execute SQL queries and work with other data languages.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA within an Agile Scrum environment.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
Mandatory Expertise/Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development at a senior level.

We are assisting one of our esteemed enterprise clients, a global retail leader, in their search for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Warehouse Architect. This critical role will play a pivotal part in driving the company's data warehousing transformation and modernizing their data infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade data solutions leveraging cloud technologies, primarily AWS, with a strong focus on Snowflake.
- Architect and implement data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses to support business intelligence, data science, and machine learning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and metadata repositories.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Strong experience with SQL, Python, and other scripting languages.

- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Validation and IT Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines expertise in validation and computer system validation (CSV) with IT administrative support for regulated systems and applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our IT systems with 21 CFR requirements and supporting the smooth operation of our regulated business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Validation Expertise
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR requirements for FDA-regulated systems.
- Conduct and manage GMP assessments for instruments and categorize them appropriately.
- Develop and execute validation strategies, protocols, and reports to meet regulatory and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the validation lifecycle for new and existing systems.
IT Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support for IT systems and applications, ensuring smooth operations in a regulated environment.

Environmental Controls
- Physical security of data centers (access control, fire suppression).
- Environmental conditions (temperature and humidity monitoring).
IT Infrastructure Qualification Process
- System Risk Assessment: Evaluate the impact of the infrastructure on regulated systems. Categorize components based on risk and regulatory significance.
- Documentation:
- IQ Protocol: Define the installation and configuration steps.
- Test Scripts: Include checks for hardware, network, OS, and database configurations.
- Validation Summary Report: Summarize testing results and confirm compliance.
- Installation Qualification (IQ): Verify hardware and software components are installed per manufacturer specifications.
- Operational Qualification (OQ): Test the functionality of infrastructure components under normal and stress conditions.
- Performance Qualification (PQ): Validate the infrastructure's ability to support operational requirements over time.
- Change Control: Implement and document processes for infrastructure updates, patches, and changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Life Sciences, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in validation and/or IT systems support, preferably in FDA-regulated environments. Proven expertise in computer system validation (CSV) and GMP compliance. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including networking and application configuration.
- Skills: Strong understanding of FDA regulatory requirements and 21 CFR compliance. Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
